On Wednesday each of you builds one agent that takes a weekly chore off your desk

A day of hands-on building with Mila, Samir and Tatiana, with Seth watching along. You build, I sit next to you.

Wed 14 October 10:00 to 16:00LeadMind Anthonetta Kuijlstraat 46, RotterdamBring your laptop and charger

None of this is creative work, and that is the point

From your three intake conversations. The work, not the person.

  • A full brand and website build in Figma, with variables, components and frames set up by hand± 2 months, one person
  • Logging in to five ad platforms and Google Analytics, one by one± 5 hours a week
  • An ad group halted for a policy violationnoticed after 4 days
  • Turning meeting notes into a structured ClickUp project± 1 hour per project

That is exactly what an agent is good at. You say what you want in plain language, and Claude reads the brief, opens Figma, pulls the numbers, drafts the tasks. On Wednesday you build the smallest piece that saves time next week.

Your agents start with the limits you set in the intake. Drafts in a separate Figma file, read-only on ad accounts, ClickUp creates but never deletes or reassigns.

Where each of you starts

Starting points from your intake. Your own idea always wins.

Mila

One brand in, a complete variable set out (colour, type, spacing), built in a separate draft file in Figma. You review and merge. Components and frames come next.

Samir

The last weeks of data from each platform plus Google Analytics in, one weekly overview out: what changed, what looks wrong, and your to-do list.

Tatiana

One real meeting note in, a structured project out in a ClickUp test space: tasks, subtasks, deadlines and a proper briefing per task.

Seth

Watches, asks questions, and unblocks access when a key or permission is missing.

The rest of the wish lists goes on the roadmap at the end of the day. Small and finished beats big and half-done.

Setup: fifteen minutes, before Tuesday evening

So Wednesday goes to building, not installing.

Stuck? Just leave it, we fix it together on Wednesday morning.

1. Get a Claude subscription

At claude.ai, Pro or higher, or a Team plan. Switch off "Help improve Claude" under Settings > Privacy.

2. Create a GitHub account

At github.com. This is where everything you build is kept.

3. Seth: create the organisation

Profile picture > Organizations > New organization, free plan. Invite the three of them, and me: mondayrunner.

4. Install Claude Code

Mac: install Ghostty, open it and paste:

curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash

Windows: open PowerShell and paste:

irm https://claude.ai/install.ps1 | iex

If it asks you to run something else, do that.

5. Start Claude

Type claude, press enter and log in with your Claude account.

6. Seth: create a Cloudflare account

At dash.cloudflare.com, invite the three of them. Add a credit card when asked, at most 5 dollars a month. The agents will run here.

7. Connect your tools

Mila and Tatiana: ask Claude Code literally:

Install the official Figma MCP server (https://mcp.figma.com/mcp) and log me in.
Install the official ClickUp MCP server (https://mcp.clickup.com/mcp) and log me in.

Three things that make or break the day

  • Mila: a Figma Full seat with edit rights on the LeadMind team (needed for Claude to write into Figma), and one brand with a finished style guide. Also a free Paper account, a design tool Claude can design in directly. The free plan allows 100 Claude actions a week. If you need more, Pro is about 20 dollars a month.
  • Samir: read access to Google Analytics and the Meta ad accounts, plus CSV exports of the last four weeks per campaign from Google Ads, LinkedIn, X and Reddit. Their live API access takes days to approve, so it goes on the roadmap.
  • Tatiana: the ClickUp connector installed with your own login (step 7, no IT needed), a test space the agent may write into, one real meeting note and the project you built from it by hand.

Never paste API keys into a chat or a file you commit. We put them in the right place together.

How the day runs

The schedule is a direction. We follow the energy, but we never skip the roadmap at the end.

  1. 10:00

    Welcome

What do you want running at 16:00? One sentence each.

  2. 10:15

How an agent is put together

Skill, connector, limits. I build one live.

  3. 10:35

    Hands on

Your own email signature with the LeadMind logo.

  4. 11:00

    Choose

Which chore, what Claude needs to know, how you know it is right.

  5. 11:15

    Build, round one

Plan first, then build, on sample data.

  6. 12:30

    Lunch

  7. 13:00

    Show and tell

    Five minutes each.

  8. 13:15

    Build, round two

Connect to Figma, ClickUp, your exports.

  9. 14:45

    Show and tell, short break

  10. 15:00

    Build, round three

Save it as a skill in the LeadMind repo.

  11. 15:30

    Run it

Each agent runs once for real. We note what it still needs.

  12. 15:45

    Roadmap

What next, and in what order?

  13. 16:00

    Done

Then aftercare by mail or phone.

Talking is faster than typing

You explain most things to Claude by just telling it. With a dictation tool you speak and the text lands where your cursor is.
